For dogs, an initial assessment and treatment is usually around an hour. Follow up appointments may be around 30-45 minutes, depending on the modalties being used.
The physio will be able to give a rough indication after their initial assessment about how many sessions and the frequency required, however it also depends on how the animal repsonds to treatment (both behaviourally and physiologically), how sore they are, the condition being treated and a whole host of other things.
Horses will usually require 2-3 days off ridden work, and the same for any strenuous activity in the case of working or sport dogs, where significant massage has been performed. Animals can work straight after INDIBA treatment.
Postcodes currently routinely visited are: HU, YO8, YO12/13/14, DN14, DN18. Roughly an hour's radius of HU17 occurs no additional mileage charge.
